NumberWorks'nWords Tutoring Mosman

My Daughter looked forward to the Maths and English lessons each week. The staff were all very friendly and created a positive environment for learning. This comes from Eimear who is excellent. Definitely recommended.

Our kids have gone to NumberWorks and while I could rave about the improvement in their schoolwork which definitely got better, the most important gain they made was in self confidence. Whether your kids need extra support, or your child just wants to be that much stronger academically, this is a fabulous program that puts a positive spin on learning.

My daughter was somewhat reluctant to take up tutoring but the professionalism and friendly atmosphere at NumberWorks'n'Words in Mosman put her at ease and increased her confidence in her own abilities. The centre transitioned to the online tutoring so well and quickly and then back to onsite teaching with apparent ease, so students had almost no interruption to their timetables. Eimear always responds quickly to inquiries and is flexible about ensuring students achieve all their lessons despite unforseen complications that can arise. We can certainly recommend the service.

My kids started at NumberWorks'nWords Mosman in Y4 and Y1 and both of them have had a huge uplift in confidence from the support and tailored teaching. The rate of their improvement in both Maths and English has been impressive, and importantly they enjoy going because they tell me that it is fun!

My 13 year old daughter's confidence and enjoyment with maths has soared since attending your sessions over the past few years. The Numberworks tutors are brilliant at honing on on the relevant maths topics, all while making learning interesting and fun! Our daughter's maths results at school have really improved since joining Numberworks. To top it all off, communication with Numberworks is always very friendly and obliging. NumberWorks Mosman is very good at engaging the kids on learning.Eimear is an amazing educational manager, she is always willing to share my son’s progress. The feedback and guidance I received were invaluable.Eimear knows the kids and can build up the weaknesses and make them into strength.My son used to get terrified of maths. His weak point was substraction (and additions of numbers past 10). Today he is so good and confident. Maths is his easy topic (he is currently building on writing :)The increase in knowledge and confidence I see with my son, I feel so grateful to Eimear and the tutors of Numberworks Mosman. My son goes happy to Numberworks and leave with a smile on his face.

Eimear and her team work so well with both my 10 and 12 year old daughters. After trying another maths tutoring business in the area that wasn’t a fit, we are so happy we found Numberworks and Words. It’s never a struggle as they enjoy it every time. Both have improved their maths skills substantially and quickly.

Having spent close to 6 years as a mathematics tutor here, I cannot recommend anywhere more inspiring, engaging and better suited for promoting confidence and performance than the NumberWorks'nWords in Mosman!Eimear and her team are welcoming, generous with their time, and articulate enough to clearly explain concepts from as early as kindergarten levels through to senior high school student requirements.It was an absolute pleasure working at NumberWorks'nWords for so long, and being able to witness first hand the development students had over that period of time was extremely rewarding. What was also great to see was the relationships long-term students would develop with their co-workers at the centre, and with their tutors.I would highly recommend any parents of potential students, or prospective tutors to get in touch with Eimear!
