I love this store and happily drive out of my way to stock up. The staff are super knowledgeable and made good recommendations to me on my first visit. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the variety is mind blowing. My dogs love the food and get so excited for dinner time - more excited than I've ever seen them before which is saying something because my dogs love to eat. I've raved about this place to my friends who have dogs and I'll definitely be a regular here.

So you think you know the best foods for your dogs long term health. You think an expensive dry dog food that touts itself as having everything your dog needs (with a bowl of water) is good for them. Well, like me, you couldn't be more wrong. Three months in, with a a balanced diet of reconstituted bikkies (I havent discarded them all together) and raw foods (what variety they have) from Pet Mince Direct, the health and vitality of my dogs is like night and day. Sensitive stomachs...hmmm, not anymore. I cannot recommend Pet Mince Direct more highly, the gently does it advice is sound and the outcomes are positive. PS: they also cater for that other carnivorous fiend - kitty kats. Its positive and worth trying.

Great variety of fresh and frozen high quality products - even my fussy dog loves all of the BARF varieties. Staff incredibly friendly, professional and have a lot of deep and invaluable knowledge so you always get the best advice. You can pick products to design a nutritious diet on your own or have their staff (trained in animal nutrition) do all the hard work for you and just get the BARF ready made. Lots of extra nibble and chew items to choose from, training treats and other great products. Good price especially for bulk purchases. Parking always easy right in front of shop and located at a handy location where you can do all your other errands. Love it!!

Excellent variety of pet food and treats - all kinds of animal offcuts that my kids found fascinating and my dogs have been loving. Pricing was fair...not bargain pricing.

Picked up food on a move from Tasmania to Goondiwindi...Fantastic variety. Pity I can't get it sent to Goondiwindi so waiting till I visit Toowoomba again.
