ASY Heating and Cooling

I purchased two ac split system units and so far I haven't encountered any issues with running the units. The workers were both father and son, who did an amazing job to install both units on the same day. I would recommend their services to those who require it, as they also kept the amount of debris to a minimum.

The father and son team installed a split system in our bedroom. I couldn't fault the workmanship and I highly recommend you use ASY for your installation.

Called and were told by Yahn that he would be over our house that evening to inspect and provide us a quote. Texted my details and address through as requested - no confirmation received. Came near the time that he was suppose to be at our house and hadn't heard anything from him yet. Called him and he apologised and said that he was stuck in Hawthorn and won't be able to make it tonight but can come tomorrow between 5-6pm. 5-6pm the next day, didn't hear nothing and he didn't show up. Save your breath and perhaps go with another business that's more reliable and actually treats their customers' time with respect. It's not cool to have people waiting around for you when you have no intentions of turning up. If you're too busy, a simple no" would've been fine. All the best with business anyways."

Yahn and his son along with Justin the electrician installed two split system air cons. It was a stinking hot day and they worked very hard. The systems work well and the installation is very neat. Yahn was very prompt with keeping in touch and gave us advice beforehand, on the right size and placement. Very happy.
