Has not got a wide range of merchandise, and some things are hard to find even the employees cannot find them..Also so much for getting discounts on seniors card; they scan it and you still pay same price...

Getting fresher .l managed to shop in peace avoiding WOOLWORTHS SO AWKWARD STOCK REFILLING WHILE PEOLE DODGE AND TRY TO FIND FRESH AFFORDABLE FOOD.THEN GET OUT OF OVERCROWDED CAR PARK.

Staff are always so lovely however it's not the first time I've grabbed something off the shelf and the item has passed its used by date.. (especially baby food) I would like to continue to shop here but I think it's super important management make sure their staff are frequently checking stock.

The male staff member at the checkout was rude and obnoxious. As a new resident to Kyneton, I will be avoiding the store when he is working. The worst customer service I have ever been subjected to. October 2nd approximately 2 pm.
