I am not happy with their service at all, unfortunately when i received my casserole pan the lid was 2 size small, when i contacted them they said they have to contact the supplier and wait for their response, i asked to replace the lid asap but they said they can not until they hear from supplier. I believe that is not my problem i think Minimax should replace my lid then sort it out with their supplier later. So does it mean if the supplier does not accept the fault i do not get my lid replaced?

My experience with Minimax has been outstanding. Their quality of customer service is fantastic and in a time when most companies seem to be going backwards in the the way they look after customers, it is a pleasure to be reminded what good old fashioned service feels like. Fully recommend.
