Avoid property management at all costs never return calls,late submitting inspection reports or not done at all . No spare keys cut for properties,Leases not filled out properly or at all no follow up inspection for 9 months ,couldn't care attitude. Very unprofessional poor procedures , protocols and no accountability.

We have been renting multiple properties from Ray White and they are fantastic to deal with :) Laura has been extremely accommodating. The team is quick to resolve maintenance issues (trades are great as well), swift exit inspections and nothing is to much hassle. Would definitely recommend!!

I will certainly NOT be using Ray Whites of Parkes and Condobolin. I was selling so Ray Whites were working for me however made no effort in settling the matter, and I ended up having direct discussions with the purchaser. Certainly do not take them at their word and get everything in writing because they certainly won't standby. I have bought and sold many properties and Ray Whites is certainly the worst experience I've ever had.
