Absolutely annoyed! Purchased a globe for my headlight, not only gave the staff my car details but he actually left the desk, walked outside and checked my car himself and sold me my globe. I got home, opened it up and went to put it in only to see he sold me the completely wrong one. They wouldnt take it back yes i didnt have my receipt but also wouldnt look on the computer, id purchased not long ago. So i had no choice but to purchase a 2nd one. $40 for 1 globe from a staff member who should know something about cars and still got it wrong with car details supplied!

Always understaffed here, never have discounts documented on half the sale items. A good store but don't expect it to be a quick in out. And I've only ever been in there when there max 3 other people! Rockingham store is way better. Hope they get some more staff soon.*Update* *Extra star added*Recently went back and they had 2 extra staff on then usual. There were 12 people in store and I grabbed my click/collect order with much less confusion and got through the counter fairly quickly.Parking is terrible especially if you got a Ute, I've hit the Retaining wall once or twice as bays are short. One day I might drive straight through it... I came here a few weeks ago also and they didnt have the brake cleaner I wanted, had to go to Rockingham, again. Getting better for click/collect and more staff which is great but store needs more stock!

went here today to pick up a car battery that I placed for click and collect when I got to the store I was greeted by a not very nice man who told me “ well it’s not here love can’t help you” and walked away from me, I then said my car battery at home is completely dead can you see if there’s another battery in stock for my car.. he then walked away again. Then the nice young man came to offer assistance but the way this man spoke to his customers and workers was disgustingI hope you see this :)

Had what I wanted but staff where more interested in talking to eachother then customers. I get it was a Sunday but it wasn't a great atmosphere.

Staff is so rude and dramatic, doesn’t give respect and value that a customer should get!

Very slow customer service, extremely rude and unhelpful. Need a whole new team there.
