This is a kiosk type venue with plenty of seating in front & at the back & is pet friendly. It's actually right next to the fruit barn so am assuming it's affiliated with it. Was actually surprised at the quality of the coffee, which unfortunately only comes in takeaway cups. Blend is Elixer & the flavour of the brew was bang on for me, very smooth & creamy.

Just discovered this place a couple of weeks ago and soooo glad we found it. I pride myself as a bit of a bit her muesli nerd and the one at Unkempt is the best I've tried in years! Add to this one of the best coffees I've tasted on the southside and the most amazing Banh Mi. Great, friendly service too. We are now regulars!

I really love this place. Everything is consistently good and in spite of all the construction going on around it, I still enjoy their little picnic benches and potted succulents. One of my favourite morning spots.

Coffee tastes very good. Not that strong, but smooth. Staff is friendly. 2 things, The kiosk bulit too high, make me feel small, the neightbour fruit store is too busy.

A horse float which has been converted into a coffee truck makes this place stand out as unique and stylish. There's also a very cute seating area, with nice wooden tables and plenty of plants around. The coffee is also reasonably priced. Service is fantastic, with Alex, Caitlyn, Rachel and the crew making a concerted effort to be the friendly neighbourhood baristas, who remember your order and your name. The food is pretty good too, served from the shipping container food truck. My favourites are the Avocado Toast (which is the best around) and the Chia Pudding cups. Located conveniently for those going to the Rochedale Fruit Markets or the many schools around, they cater to all your coffee needs.
