Very friendly when showing us the property but after paying and signing the dotted line it all went down hillAbsolutely terrible agent !!Doesn't notify about tradies coming, had people just turn up and take photos of the property and while kids were playing,Very rude and short on the phone when asking questionsMoved into the house with no alarm code/cctv access, and then when we moved out we were asked the details for new tenants..so what?jump though the hoops for them and not for us-we were never given this infoReported issues to the agent when they needed repairing and its the end of the worldHas given our whole family alot of anxiety over how we have been treated,Right hand doesn't know what the left is doingAdmin staff that never reply to emailsLeaking tap in a location right at the back of the property when we moved in and for how long..?? the house was vacant for months before we moved in and no reimbursement on water bill, plumber didn't repair properly and leaked again, no discount on second water billWe moved interstate and Vik promised us our parents could go through with the owner for outgoings so we had representation and they never got a call, a few days later he said i never had to do this for you, its not my problemJust a used car salesman way of treating their clients.Defiantly all about the owner and not for the tenantDo yourself a favour and choose another agent!!

Everyone at VAS has been completely amazing. Since becoming a tenant the team have been so responsive, going above and beyond and troubleshooting any issues immediately. I have never had a real estate like them and cannot recommend them enough! Vik, Tania and the entire team are all brilliant.
