Shockingly Unprofessional. Rude customer service. No receipt of payment. Don’t return calls. Opens at hours not stated. No one can really assist you. Save yourself time. Understaffed and not competent.

My first customer experience at Classic Tiles was very positive - the person listened to me and what I wanted, and she was very helpful. It was the complete opposite on my second visit. A different person dealt with me and I was unpleasantly surprised - she was rude, condescending and unhelpful. I cut the visit short, because of this, and, despite seeing tiles I liked on my first visit, I’m doubtful I’ll return.
