Loved the product and the rep that I dealt with but the initial contact person left a lot to be desired in terms of customer service, so I suggest you ask for a rep...regardless of how busy they are and how long yr told you will have to wait. It's better than being brushed off quickly and offered a quote on a product that hasn't been decided on yet. This really let down the business...but I am very happy with the actual product and later service received

Really impressed. Steel-line provided a temporary fix to my broken garage door whilst I waited for the new one to be manufactured - free of charge! The door has now been fitted and looks great and the contractor who fitted it was very efficient, clean and tidy. Great work Steel-Line, thank you.

Steel-Line were quick, professional and we were quoted a competitive rate to repair our garage door. Our door was temporarily repaired whilst parts were ordered. The timeline and communication given were precise and completed in a professional manner.Steel-Line work late on weekends without any extra charge.Their service and repair were faultless.We would certainly recommend and use Steel-Line in the future.

Called on Friday about my door opener dying. Great advice over the phone, answered every question I had.Guys came out on the next working day, let me know when they’d be over, arrived on time, installed a whole new unit, service and repaired my door all in about two hours.Very impressed with the service and the price of steel line. I had a booking to get my garage door serviced between 10 and 11am on Saturday morning. I waited at home ALL day and not even the courtesy of a call to say they would be late. But no one turned up at all!

Not only were they efficient, but they managed to find an extremely reasonable method of repair for our garage door. We will definitely be calling them when we need anything to do with Garage doors or gates. These guys were pleasant, helpful and courteous, both on the phone and in person!
