Mocka's Pies
Good quality tasty pies. Make sure you come early if you want the more popular Croc Laksa or Kanga pies. Pastry is crisp, fillings generous. The Ciabatta bread is also great.

Great pie shop with lovely range of pies and quiches. Went there for breakfast and very helpful staff who were happy to do something that wasn’t on the menu. Nice sized pot of tea which makes a change in PD.My only comment is why do cafes serve butter and jam in horrible single use sachets ? Don’t they realise that customers care about the waste in the packaging, yes it’s easy for you but it would be so much nicer if you gave me a pot of butter and jam with no packaging to be thrown awayVery reasonable pricing as well

Very good pies but not everyone likes cocoa cola sugar free Pepsi Max is much better or diet coke I am diabetic

No wonder this place has been in business for more than 50 years - the pies are terrific! Wonderful golden, flaky pastry and a range of flavours - the crocodile laksa pie was really worth trying (you can buy a mini one if you're a bit nervous).

Lovely shop in the middle of the busy food streets of Port Douglas.Definite must try for pie lovers. Each pie is labelled with a picture signifying the type of meat filling inside.Crocodile Curry Laksa was very unique. Highly recommended to give it a go. Inside was very busy and there was a queue even on a weekday.

My gf got the pepper steak pie and she said it was great. I got the supreme pie and as you can see from the pictures it didn't look exactly home made. It had alot of that clear gristle type stuff, that's like clag, that you get when you boil down pig knuckles. It wasn't that appetizing. There was also some red thing in there which was maybe a tomato or something. The taste to me was also a bit bland. But they've won awards and the pie was cheap ($6.50!) and I'm on holidays so...4 stars.

Nice shop just off main street. Big selection of pies and cakes. (They even have pies you can take home to heat for dinner.)I watched them make a fresh batch from the counter.Seating both inside and outside.
