Dreadful service, actually, there was none. I needed shoes and would have paid any amount to get what I wanted. I may not be young but I have money to splash about just not at this pacelNever again.

An excellent set up for a clothing store, very fluid and glows beautifully. Then there is the extensive skate section. Boards and etc. The men's shorts section was wildly impressive, and the options just kept coming. There are very helpful very kind people that work here. There was a sale on when I went so it was a bit hectic, bit still a truly influential trip to City Beach Buno.

Came into the store for new shoes was hovering near the shoe section, no one asked if I needed help so I end up going to counter where about 4-5 team members was there , had to ask a price on shoes then ask a size to try on , then was left to my own when given shoes to try on, which is fine but still was a day where no one acknowledged or wanted to help. :/

Do not like this place at all. Staff are too busy doing nothing or are talking on their phones to give any attention to customers. They don't even look up when you enter. No smiles, no hello. Never again will I enter this store.

After a less than great previous review, I was pleasantly surprised today! Scored vegan DCs!!! Laybuy was also without issue. I got a pair of no finger gloves, and these are cheaper than ones I got from Target!

I normally avoid this store because of its extremely slow customer service however today I had to go in for a gift card for my daughters birthday as it's her favourite store. So as usual there is only one person at the register and as usual it's taking forever. Waiting behind me is about three other people including a couple being very loud and obnoxious. Only after they started arguing and swearing did the staff decide that another person should start serving customers at the till. But then the store alarm started going off because of an item the customer before me had purchased and it seemed that all three staff were required to sort that out. Terrible service

In your Bunbury store last Friday for black Friday. Quite a lot going on very busy and I must say your staff were incredible great service from all. Was easy to shop and managed to score a discount if I signed up. Saved myself 90$, the dark haired girl who helped us with our pile of product thank you again. Business owner myself and this time of year everyone is run off their feet but great to see customer service is at the centre of all that you do. Well done!
