These ladies new their stuff!We went in explained what we where looking for and not able to find. The assistant reach into a shelf and bang!After months of fruitless searches we found it.The lady continued her bubbling attitude and during the ring up proceeded to explain even more benefits and how to get the most from the bag depending on venue and event.Fast, efficient and super helpful store.

Came into store other day was greeted and very impressed with sales assistant i think his name was luke, he was very patient with customers very knowledgeable with the products a well spoken and very pleasant young man.

My daughter and I came to the Eastland store today to buy a suitcase for her upcoming overseas trip. We were served by Lisa who was friendly, helpful and offered great advice. My daughter is thrilled with the suitcase Lisa helped her choose.Thanks so much Lisa for your wonderful customer service.

The staffs judge the customer by their looks! I went in the store today, the staff and I looked at each other, I smiled at her but the staff doesn’t even say Hi to me, but in a few minutes, other customer came in and the staff was so friendly to other customer!!!

Worst customer service ever! I visited 22nd June and the staff were horrid. Not only was I not greeted I was completely ignored! I came to purchase 2 suitcases for a family trip and was astonished at the way I was treated. The woman was too busy making a silly little display rather and talking to her coworker to assist. When I asked her if there were any other colours available in a product she replied nOt For tHAt PriCE. Um excuse me? I advised her I was not looking for price but for something I would like. She acted as if I had just interrupted the most important conversation of her life when I asked for help. Never coming here again

While I have always been a lover and loyal customer of strandbags but some what disappointed this time! With click and collect process, while I understand that items take time to be delivered if they are not in stock but the customer service really needs some work done as 6 days from order been placed just got 1 update email that my order will take time to be processed but nothing after. Not just that, when you call the customer service number, you get told to leave a small message to explain this hassle! Similarly, the order ID is not any helpful in tracking the progress online! So how is a customer supposed to know where their item is up to for which they have already paid and got no idea where the bag is!!! :/

Such a wonderful big store with very friendly, respectful and helpful staff. They don't hover and are close by when help is needed straightaway (thank you, Amanda!).I would like to give a huge shoutout to Luke for helping me decide on a handbag today! He is a very caring Manager who looks after his staff and customers! He is also very knowledgeable about Strandbags' products and a very dedicated Manager/employee especially to the Strandbags (Eastland/Ringwood, VIC) store/company. I have bought quite a few items from this store in the last 15 years. I love their products. They are always good quality. The sales assistants are always friendly and helpful. I even like to go in there and browse if I am not wanting to buy anything. The new shop is so much bigger than the old one. It is so roomy and well set out and it has a lovely appeal to draw customers in.I would recommend this business to anyone looking for handbags, backpacks and luggage and great service.
