Very clean, modern & easily accessible post office. You’ll find a good selection of packaging to suit your needs, staff are very friendly and are quick to help with any request you may have. The addition of a 24/7 vending machine makes this a very unique location.

The best experience I have had in a long time.There was a huge line, but with good reason, there was a lot of people and they were fully staffed and taking time with each customer. The lunch time rush.A lady kindly walked up and down the line to check in with people.The team were so kind an happy with one another. Was a breath of fresh air, even in peak times they were all happy and smiling.

Got here 10 mins before they opened - after reading some reviews I just wanted to make this quick - like ripping off a band-aid. There was already a short line at the front, so already I was expecting this to be drawn out.However when they opened the door at 9AM on the dot, every counter was occupied by a staff member and the line dissolved immediately. I was warmly welcomed and the process of renewing my rapid passport application could not have been more pleasant or smooth. The lady who served me was polite, knowledgeable and professional.My passport was turned over within the day - faster than was even promised. I would definitely return.

Fairly big post office with a few self serve machines as well as vending machines. The place is a little dark though, despite being in a corner building.Staff is good, not overly friendly but not rude. Got the things that I needed to do fairly quick.

Was waiting in line for a passport renewal (lady from the call centre told us to get the form instores) and the customer service lady told us to print the form out ourselves, we ran around the city trying to print this form out (you actually can't do this).We went back to aus post and the lady at the counter gave us the hardest time. Telling us to print out the form...it was only when I told her straight up that we were told by her call centre people to collect this form instores that she turned around and gave us the form.Wasted an hour of our time just because they didn't want us touse the forms. An absolute disgrace. Disappointing attitude and behaviour.

This is one of the best places for a passport photo, better lighting and staff willing to take couple of shots for choosing. Remember to be nice to them. Thank you to Gorgie and everyone there as well. They are friendly and helpful, I don't feel rush at all.

The post office may get very busy during peak periods. Staff are great and patient. They take the extra mile to ensure customers are served. I has the pleasure dealing with Ashley who assisted in getting my daughter’s passport processed. She was very helpful in identifying issues in the application form to ensure a glitch free processing by the passport office. Well done to the Auspost staff here. Highly recommended post office.

Nice place with great customer service. Self service opens 24 hours and very easy location from Melbourne central. Few self service machines and lockers facilities as well.

A VERY long wait at this post office around 4.00pm on 18 May. This was mostly due to the large number of customers packing and addressing parcels at the counter instead of doing this beforehand. When I finally did get served it was by one of the worst customer service officers I’ve ever encountered. She needs to do some serious work on her customer service skills and have more respect for older people.I won’t be using this post office branch again in a hurry!

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Even though it's peak time to get my passport done. Very efficient and professional.
