ARB 4x4 Accessories Port Macquarie

Purchased a summit bull bar and rhino racks from Michael at ARB. Was fantastic to deal with. Wrong colour hoop was fitted to bull bar. Michael admitted the mistake and had the problem rectified within an hour of the next business day with no inconvenience to me. ( picked car up and drop back ) definitely recommend.

If you want want any type of warranty without going through ncat don’t go here. Staff lied to me about inspections that were never done. Continued to lie and head office apparently doesn’t have an issue with this.

What a great team! Michael and Phill have been really knowledgable and helpful. Anything we have had done is always to the highest standard and we couldn't fault the service. Happy repeat customer.

Awesome after sales service from these guys. I have the ARB dual air compressor that had a faulty hose and brought it in here to check for parts. Was happy to buy another hose and the guy asked how long I have had it and then replaced the hose and sorted it as he said it should not do that in 18 months......thanks heaps guys. Great to have a brand that gives quality after sales! Will be back for other gear as I need it.

Had OME suspension upgrade done on the D-max, Michael dropped my son and myself into town ( we're staying in Gum Scrub) and offered to pick us up when finished. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable.

The very best of service when it comes to product warranty !I had some problems with the BP-51suspension and IPF driving lights on my FJ Cruiser.Both items were 3 years out of warranty and ARB Port Macquarie were not the original supplier and technically I wasn't even a customer.Michael was straight onto both issues, fully supported my requests and followed through with it to ARB head office, the suspension was repaired and the lights replaced both free of charged.When head office failed to meet the delivery Michael and Dillon pushed really hard and achieved an incredible outcome so as not interrupt a hunting trip I had organised.I cannot recommend ARB Port Macquarie highly enough, their level of customer service is what all businesses should be measured by.

I am a very last-minute person, and they got me in right away when I called which I appreciated. They had a comfortable place for me to wait with TV and colouring in books and pencils for my kids. They were VERY courteous and even brought me a cup of coffee and had up to date magazines for me to look at. When my service was finished I was pleasantly surprised at the cost and they didn't try to tell me I needed this and that extra parts or anything; only wiper blades which I knew I needed (they were literally falling off) I will definitely be back.
