They’re always so busy which means long wait time which can b pretty annoying. The staff r so lovely and nice and extremely helpful and supportive. A lady stayed with me for a while until I found the perfect foundation and cream - I have a face condition so I can’t use just anything but the lady was lovely enough to stay and try find me one and she did!!!! It matches perfectly and hides everything.

My experience was great especially because of Mary-Angela. Not only did she recommend products but she shared her knowledge about what products would best suit me according to my skin tone etc. I don't know much about makeup in general but after her support I feel more confident to walk into places like this. Purchased an item and provided my beauty loop information to collect points so that there would be proof of my purchase. Employee who took my order did not log the item against my account the item has started leaking and is faulty needing a return. Mecca now claim there is no proof of purchase thanks to the employee not bothering to do their job. I've now been left with an item I can't return thanks to the lack of service and customer care. Attempted to call the mecca line and was hung up on. I shop at this store weekly and now they've just lost a customer

Honestly couldn’t thank the ladies at Mecca Weribee enough for their help and kindness on Saturday and for being able to squeeze me in for a makeup application on such short notice. I love how my makeup turned out, a big thank you to Jasmine for making me look and feel pretty as well as recommending some great products for my skin. The team at Mecca Weribee are so welcoming and appreciate all their help.

STAFF IS SO KIND i recently bought the drunk elephant lala land kit although it is pricey coming in at a whopping $47 I think it was worth it because it has been lasting months! I recommend 10/10 I say

I recently visited Mecca max, being a person with 0 knowledge on makeup, I approached a person named Yasmin from the store. With a very warm smile she approached and spoke to me about the product range they have and help me in choosing my shade of products!!!Would love to visit the place again! 5/5

This store always has the most amazing customer service. Even on their busiest days, I am always greeted with such kindness. Today was no exception. Mary Angela was the definition of helpful, providing insight in to different products and taking the time to ensure I had everything I needed. Such a great experience!
