Theater was nice, seats were good. Food was okay (vegan package). The vegan ice cream wasn't there, inquired about it and they didn't have it in stock but made up for it. So very good customer service. Thank you event staff.

The recent refurbishments look nice and the toilet upgrades are very welcome. Expect to drop a fair bit of coin for the tickets and candy bar. Hans Cafe is one of the best things about the location as the food is still delicious and affordable. So if you are going out in a group, great place to have dinner before the movie.

This Cinema is keeping up to its standards hence rated 5 Star.Easy check - in to both Gold class and V-Max areas with the assistance of friendly staff members.Cannot fault the picture and quality of sound specially Gold Class where awesome food and beverage priced reasonably and good portions, very comfortable clean seats.The parking could get tight at busy times.Overall great cinema experience !

The gold class is a total luxury with recliner chairs and extra leg room. You really spoiled. The 3d cinema takes the experience to next level. If you are watching an action movie then you feel actually part of the movie. Really amazing

Gold lounge is excellent and the chair are comfortable. There really should be a “no under 18’s” clause, half way through the movie all I could hear was a kid at the front watching a video on their parents phone. Very rude and disrespectful when you pay top dollar to be there

Took my mum here for Mother’s Day, was a mostly good experience; the menu was a bit confusing though, we ordered 2 serves of 3 sliders (sad you couldn’t choose 3 different flavours, it was 3 of 1 flavour), I thought I’d ordered sweet potato chips with my sliders instead of normal but got a giant order of sweet potato (my bad, I didn’t realise), but then they charged me for an extra normal fries I didn’t order… they were kind enough to refund the extra chips, but it still shouldn’t have happened.It’s also really sad that you’re spending almost $100 for 2 tickets (not including food) and you don’t even get a free small popcorn or soft drink like you do at any other gold class/lounge at any other theatre. Ripped off at Gold Class !My wife and I booked into Gold class and tried to use Gift Cards .The staff member was friendly and helpful but was unable to process our gift cards.We were about to order $110 food package and also order a bottle of wine.The Manager was called and he explained that Event Cinemas only honour Gift Cards up to a certain date , our $75 card he explained expired on 22/12 /22 and they would not accept it as payment.Simple fact , we paid them the $75 they took the money but feel no moral obligation to return the benefit .Overall a very disappointing experience , why rip off your customers ?

I really like watching movies here. Special member discounts and low rates for tickets on Tuesdays.Easy check in and unlike other theatres, a lot of snacks and drinks available including flavoured popcorns and lollies.If you are lucky, your screen would have recliner seats and they are absolutely comfortable and is only a couple of dollars more than normal seats.If you are early to the movies like me, the venue also has other entertainments available like Timezones.

The seats were comfortable and spacious. The service was great.The wedges were delicious, nachos so so. But the Nutella pizza for dessert, crust was too thin that you couldn't bite into it and enjoy.The mango vodka cocktail was delicious! Enjoyed that very much.

Love the Gold class for VIP experience on a not so crowded cinema experience matching with fully reclining chairs and service deluxe for food and drinks that you can order while you watch.
