I ate at this McDonalds and was served by the most sweetest pea Zoe Perry, her delicate hands crafted my crispy delectable chicken wrap in such as fast manor and left my mouth in shambles. She is the biggest squamous and always give me a lil nibble of the left over chippy chip chip chippy crumbs. i Rte the girls in the drive thru window. what a beautiful offspring of the couch potate

Ordered on my maces app to be delivered to my house (5 minute walk away, 2 minute drive) and it took them 30 minutes to make my food. drinks came half full and no they weren't melted. chips were half fall and cold and soggy. service here is horrible. dont waste your time or money.

Was just served by a young fella Blake! Absolutely great service super friendly.Doesn’t take much to be that little bit nicer and he nailed it for a young bloke. Keep up the good work mate.I hope your manager passes on the good words.

Horrible service. When getting my drink in the drive thru the girl just put the drink out the window without saying “ here you go “ or anything. Then was asked to go to the waiting bay, where I waited 10 minutes just for 6 nuggets. While waiting I saw 3 cars get bags of food before mine even came out. When the girl brought it to my car she didn’t apologise for the wait, say thank you or even say “ here you go “ just shoved it to my window and walked off. I then go to eat my nuggets thinking they would be fresh and crunch if they took that long and they were disgusting. My thick shake was watery and not even thick.Will not be going back to this maccas

Staff not helpful to the point of straight out lying to my faceAsked to order at counter, said they have no way to do it, pointed to self serve and went about making coffees .. took me 10 mins to put the order through, was messed up missing items and adding wrong ones.. ended up over paying and had to get refunded by the manger at the starion that apparently doesnt exist behind the counter...We talked about how a family restaurant has become so corporate that its become nothing but a money grab , offering no service and delivering cold food which we also had to get replaced .AVOID GOING HERE!!! UNLESS YOU WANT EXPERIENCE NO SERVICE & STAFF WITH ATTITUDES .Management needs to have their atses kicked to allow this type of culture fester.

Just purchased 2 meals from this restaurant, food was all cold and obviously been sitting for a long period of time. Even the fries were cold and my wife’s chicken burger - the chicken was rock hard. Big Mac- needed a wash after trying to eat this burger- where has the quality control gone- sadly will not use this Macdonalds again- food should be fresh if not throw it out!!!

Went through drive through during a quiet time and it was just awful. From placing my order to someone who sounded like they didn't want to talk, to being parked with two people already in the waiting bays and no one behind me, to have a stale bun for my burger as well as my soft drink tasting like soda water. This was just not a good experience.

3 trips in a row my food was fresh and delivered to me in a reasonable amount of time. One occassion I had a $50+ order at 10pm. To get this out fresh with minimal fuss at that time isn't easy! Great job guys!!
