Salt therapy has been a huge help to managing my alergies and preventing the constant sinusitis I was suffering from. It has been a regular part of my week for a few years now and I wouldn't have it any other way. I also love the calm quiet atmosphere of the session, a bit of a timeout from our chaotic world, as an added bonus.

First time doing a salt room and I loved it. I felt amazing afterwards, my sinus and lungs felt clear and cleaner. I did it in the morning and felt like I didn't experience any brain fog all day and I had lots of energy.

I’ve been bringing my mum to salt therapy for the past couple of year she had a persistent cough she had seen doctors and specialists nothing was helping I brought her a package to try the salt therapy and OMG the 85 year old can now breath easy she loves the staff they are so helpful and friendly and now the new centre is amazing thank you for helping my mums health

I love the new premises in Shuter St. Really fun styling for the waiting/reception area on arrival. I go for the salt room to clear my sinuses, practice deep breathing and relax. So meditative it’s possible to fall asleep. Take 45 minutes out of your busy schedule and get all the benefits. Great for your immune system and skin as well. Thanks to the wonderful team there, so helpful and friendly.
