Le Studio Pilates
Valerie has a gorgeous, sunny studio full of beautiful equipment. She teaches authentic Pilates with incredible energy, and has created a warm, family environment among her students. In the few months I've taken classes here, I've seen noticeable changes in how my body looks. I'm stronger, and have improved posture and balance. I can't recommend this place enough!
