Not the biggest Gym but has everything you need to have a great workout and get the pump you need.

The staff were friendly but it didn't have the happy workout vibe I was seeking . Quite intimidating walking through for a tour .

Huge gym with great equipment and facilities, only downside is that they don't have lockers with passcodes where you can keep your stuff safe

Fantastic value for money. Friendly staff. Other Members are always willing to help with equipment usage & direction. Love the boys on nights they are super helpful. I’ve had a weight loss of 50kg and I need to get that last 10kg off and tighten some skin before skin surgery. Derrimut is helping me achieve this goal.

I like this gym. Friendly staff and plenty of free floor space for stretching and floor work.

love going here, so much better than meadows, feel nice and welcomed aprat from when this one staff member is there who just walks around looking at everyone, gave me and some friends a disgusting look as we where working out, just kinda rude in generel, was recently in a car crash and not able to get my membership keytag and he said he was going to charge me,which really sucks because i have not been able to retrieve the card, I love the anerican dude thats there most the time tho, hes nice and welcoming and doesnt perv on all thecustomers(edit)was meant to be posted for seaford, not seaford meadows

Modern gym with great equipment. The palace is very clean and super well maintained. It is a bit small, but that's the location and you can always go to the Norlunga one for more space with the same membership.
