I've been a Telstra business customer for over 8 years, mobile, landline, internet etc. I've had to call Telstra to rectify billing faults and wasted hours and hours of time dealing with telstras incompetent staff pretty much every 3-4months that would be sometimes more regularly than that for the whole 8 years, occasionally Telstra blamed the billing fault on me other times not, each and every time it took well over 1 hour to fix, in the 8 years this totals 1 full working weeks I have spent dealing your absolute incompetence. I've had enough and have switched to a different provider, I wanted my landline ported to the Vodafone my new provider as I'm sure you can imagine it is a essential part of my business, after another hour long Telstra call I was I told there was no problem so Vodafone attempted the transfer which was denied by Telstra, so I called to fix the issue, 1 more hour wasted, Telstra now taken it upon themselves to disconnect my NBN service so now not only do I have no landline, I also don't have any internet, I own a catering company which has suffered over the past 12months due to the coronavirus, Telstra have made it impossible to operate until I get a new connection and new number sorted out, never mind the fact that any repeat customers will now think I have closed the doors completely, I now have no phone and no email contact, the potential loss of business could be catastrophic after such a tuff year.I'd like to say to telstra F you from all small business owners who you've screwed over, and for all those you'll continue to screw over, thanks for looking after the little guy.

Richard and Danielle went above and beyond our expectations in helping us arrange a new iPhone. With our mechanical business being so busy we were concerned about having to waste hours arranging our upgraded business phone, they made it happen quickly and seamlessly. Nothing was a problem and our faith in Telstra has been restored! Thanks again, we will be back soon for our iPad!

Is it possible to give zero stars? The hardest people to get in contact with, I have left countless messages and never receive a return call.Update: After finally receiving a return call the handsets are mysteriously sent out and a tracking number is forwarded. We ordered handsets that were in stock as we needed them ASAP only to be told they were on back order. The only hope for Vita Group, masquerading as Telstra is that they finally close down and are replaced by a group that can complete a simple task like sending out a handset.

In 2014 a Business centre salesman convinced us that a black box would improve our line usage. We lost our fax & we still had to hang up the phone to use the merchant facility. He lied! Contract was signed so stuck with it. Found out this year it was actually a 60 month rental agreement, not a purchase. He slid that one past us without a single word. Was given no time to read the fine print. We trusted he was looking after our best interests. We were set up for financial exploitation by Capital Finance to pay almost $12,000 for something we'll never own & if we don't arrange for the removal of the box they will keep charging us rent. Take it out now & we still have to finish the 60 months of payments. Telstra care about money, not small business & not people. My advice.... walk away. They are scammers. Shoot yourself in the foot, it will be less painful than dealing with Telstra.

I have had past experiences with Telstra Business Centre, where they did a good job, but were let down with the process that follows. In the past month I have had 2 occasions to use Bradley Rooney at Telstra Business Centre, both times after literally spending hours and days on the phone with Telstra, I gave up and went to the TBC at Broadmeadow, Newcastle. Bradley understood exactly the nature of my issues, was able to secure the appropriate refunds from overcharging, correct the errors on my accounts due to call centres not understanding what I was requesting, and place orders to consolidate my accounts and ultimately streamline my processes. I left with everything in order and more than happy to recommend Bradley at the TBC to other businesses.
