The new manager is great! Amazing customer service!

(This review is for the Galleria store but can't find it on Google)Possibly the saddest Valley Girl store that ever existed. Lighting in the store was half out when we visited. Look up and you'll see water marks on the ceiling reminiscent of bed stains (gross). The music was old style Christmas music played through a dodgy sound system and so far removed from this store's demographic that it was painful to listen to and very uninspiring... we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Customer service average. Really don't bother here if you can help it.

Closed between 2:30-3:30 on a Sunday for lunch and no signs of opening as I left after waiting an hour.. No times listed on the note on the door to let shoppers know when they will be reopening... drove 20 minutes to get here for nothing!

I find Valleygirl good for young girls it would be nice if they had some bigger size like 16to 18 it would be great only there prices are low.

The manager is so customer focused and the staff always smile! Great shop!

Hi ! I visited this store today and the one of there staff member who is on reception is ridiculous. She has no manners how to deal with customers. I had an issue with my top which was defaulted and i talked to her but she made laugh of me while talking to her manager. This was disgusting. I would never advise to someone to go to Valley girl store in mirrabooka.

Don't mind the store, hate the customer service!Every time i go in there, i feel awkward. The workers never acknowledge you and are quite rude - feels like they just want you out of the store!

Shopping with my girlfriend and the experience in this store was horrific.Staff didn't acknowledge us AT ALL for the 20-30 mins we were in the store. On top of this, the staff weren't serving anyone else either. No excuse to at least come up to say a quick Is there anything I can help you with?"No customer service at all!Also there were clothes on the ground beneath the racks in the middle of the store. They were on the ground when we walked in and were still there when we left the store. Staff walked past this sight multiple times. Must have been too busy messing with some other clothes to take 1 min to make your store look nice.I wonder if this would be a workplace health and safety issue? Someone could have easily stepped on and slipped over.I'm glad we didn't buy anything here. You get more service shopping online!"
