Shout out to Joanna at SLW for your AMAZING, Above and Beyond customer service. Shipping to N.Z turned out to be more expensive than the items purchased but I managed to find a friend who was visiting Melbourne who'd then bring the items overseas for me. Joanna held the items and then HAND DELIVERED them at the end of her work day to my friends location half an hour away. From start to finish Joanna was an absolute delight to deal with - understanding, flexible and ultimately made the whole thing work. Thank You!! Purchased a table that needed to be a particular height. Staff were quick and helpful in confirming specifications. An invoice was generated so quickly, with the product arriving interstate 2 days after payment. Brilliant!

BUYER BEWAREWrong Product and terrible customer service!I placed my order via email which included the Title 1.8 metre cafe barrier and specifically spelled out what I required. A follow up phone call further clarified my order.When it arrived, the product was not only wrong, it was 1.2 metres in length instead of 1.8.The company’s response to my issue, “Sorry, we do not issue refunds but you can order another product from us if you like.” I was subsequently sent a $20 voucher towards my new purchase.After several months of follow up emails and calls, I still haven’t received a response and/or refund.So basically I’m stuck with a $475 useless product.Steer clear of this company!!!!!

This our first time purchasing through this company and we were very happy. I would just like to say their products are great and have a great range of products. The Customer Service is amazing, and would like to say a big thank you to Rachel who went above and beyond to help us today. Thanks team, keep u the great work!

Terrible customer service. Not flexible at all and try to make money from people’s returns. They charge 20% off restocking fee so imagine if you buy something expensive how much that’s going to cost. I should have read the bad reviews before ordering cause everyone has the same issue. Never again.

Been waiting 8 weeks for my order. I can no longer track it on the website so contacted the office during business hours 6 times. Phone goes to message bank that I am calling out of hours and to leave a message. Nobody has responded so I emailed. Again no response. Where are my goods or refund?

i own a chain of Health clubs and have used slimline warehouse for 7 years , very professional ordering system, with high quality products. Never have any issues, just placed another big order : Order Number 299315

I contacted them a couple of months later (as I hadn't used the lights) and they said sorry too late - get an electrician".I also had to ask how to remove the glass doors for cleaning. Very challenging customer service, poor returns policy and nil flexibility. These days there is an expectation that online stores provide a flexible and supportive return policy. This is not the case with Slimline warehouse, and I would highly recommend avoiding their store if you are even considering a return.
