We dropped our steam mop off over 2 weeks ago now (coming up to 3 weeks) payed the standard $50 fee and told I would receive a call within 7 working days, 14 days pass and nothing. I called and was told they hadn't identified the problem yet and will probably have to pull it apart and that I would a receive a call after the weekend and still nothing. Do not recommend at all.

The worst customer service ever, the Barry one is a disgusting guy who is so rude and arrogant. This dude wants to charge for not fixing a problem. Unless Barry is an owner, I cannot understand the reason of keeping him in that shop.

There is no 0 star otherwise I would've given them it. The worst place ever. Workers are rude. They assaulted me while I was holding my newborn. The lady in front is ok, but everyone else is awful, rude and disgusting. Especially, the man named Garry Buckham or something else, with initials GB has an appalling behaviour. He started screaming at me for no reason. Please, people, if you respect yourself a little bit don't go there. I'm still shaking.
