Really nice staff, very hospitable and hard working. But puma head office needs to have a good look at themselves… the amount of times there comms are down or there are system problems is so frequent I avoid filling up here. I feel sorry for the staff who have no support.

Used to be a decend roadhouse.Now looks and feels like a prison.Poor and limited hot food choices.You get an evil look if you want something not pre-prepared.

Staff are great, service is friendly and quick and petrol prices are always reasonable. But ever since Puma took over management, the main outside feeling area is disgustingly dirty. You can't see the concrete under the dirt that has built up there as they no longer seem to clean it off anymore.

They sell Groceries, hot food, salads & sandwiches. Just to mention a few. The staff were great, couldn't fault them. There is toilets which were clean which was great. You also had an option of eating in if you chose.

Rude, argumentative women on counter who doesnt know the law in reguards to removal of motorbike helmets. Complaint to higher management will be followed up with.
