IV SEDATION / extractions, root canal & fillings -Thankyou for such a wonderful service that you provided yesterday, not once did I feel anxious, nervous or uneasy, the staff from reception to the aftercare was amazing, Dr John Saad, Bernie Negus & Phoenix Bleisner are all wonderful professionals & make an amazing team, it already feels wonderful to know that I am pain free & have not woken with a tooth ache!Thanks again for a fantastic experience yesterday! Administration people are efficient and friendly. Dental surgeon and support staff were friendly and proficient, and took the time to answer questions in a considered manner.

I had investigated getting dental implants 10 years ago in Sydney but did not proceed due to the risk of nerve damage. As my dental issues deteriorated over the years, I consulted Dr. Saad after a recommendation from my dentist. Dr Saad thoroughly explained the processes for what would be involved if I proceeded with removing my remaining teeth and installation of 4 Implants to my upper jaw. The diagnostic equipment on the premises enabled accurate details to be available, removing the fear of nerve damage. He assured me I would not leave after the surgery without teeth, as a temporary screw-in plate could be installed, or temporary false dentures, until healing was complete and the permanent Titanium plate could be installed.An Anaesthetist attended and there were no unpleasant effects. I left the surgery with a temporary screw-in plate. (The healing process is improved with a healthy diet of soft foods and nutritious shakes. I also took supplements including Zinc to expedite the process.) Although I healed quickly, one of the implants did not take, and minor surgery was required for installation of another implant. I was age 67 at the time.This delayed the process, and then the temporary screw-in plate broke. But readily overcome because Dr Saad had the false denture available, enabling me to have teeth until my jaw bone and gum was ready for the installation of the Titanium plate to be screwed in.It was a long process - the original surgery was in May, and I was happily fitted with the permanent Titanium plate in December, but I felt confident in Dr Saad throughout. I am happy with the result.

Very professional dentist felt comfortable from walking in and walking out of the practice Dr Saad was great and I have dental anxiety they did an amazing job! Definitely recommend.

I have had two dental procedures this year with Dr Saad. Both with twilight sedation. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of expertise, advice, consultation and care I’ve received both times. Dr Saad and Dr Negus (anaesthesiologist) we’re very informative and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. As a nervous dental patient they put me completely at ease and I felt very confident in their ability. The after care and follow up was also excellent as were all the support staff. I thoroughly recommend this Surgery to anybody that expects a high level of service, experience and general patient care.

Deceitful experience.Have been here a few times for general check ups and decided to start the process for some other treatment.Was told in the initial consult that the fee for scans etc would come off the total/end quote for the treatment.When I went back in to book in to start, I was given a quote that said the fees weren't coming off.I'm now out $500. I'm appalled and disappointed as this has eaten a huge chunk of my budget as a casual worker.

Absolutely adore my new smile thanks to my All On 4 procedure, my teeth look amazing and so natural. The convenience of no more bottom denture has added so much more to my confidence and health.I have trusted John Saad and his team for over 35 years and this was the one of the best decisions I have made. This procedure was explained and quoted in full before we went ahead and as usual everything went like clockwork and it healed beautifully.The ladies on reception are just wonderful, always friendly and professional and go above and beyond to try and accommodate everyone.
