Hei School was a game changer for us.We feel so blessed to have found a place were so many clever and compassionate people make it their lives mission to give our kids the very best developmental care. Makes me wish I could give more than 5 stars.

HEI Schools Charlotte Early Education Centre
HEI Brisbane have been a blessing for my child's learning experiences, especially after our first time at a bigger centre: although their staff cared, they were often too busy to really give time and attention to little ones so intently. Communications were lacking and I often felt frustrated at this, as well as the lack of ability to really know what their day entailed.My child is now treated as if they're a member of the HEI staff's family, and every day is a fun adventure that's filled with everything they love to explore. Kiitos/ Thanks HEI Brisbane staff - you've all been amazingly patient, attentive and giving my child a great start!

HEI Schools Charlotte Early Education Centre
I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of education and care that is being provided to the children there. The kindergarten is managed by Ada, who is a wonderful and attentive manager, and her passion for providing the best possible learning experience for the children is evident in every aspect of the kindergarten.The facilities at HEI Kindergarten are excellent, with bright and spacious classrooms that are filled with educational materials and toys that are designed to stimulate young minds.

HEI Schools Charlotte Early Education Centre
My toddler has recently started at Hei Schools and I cannot rate it highly enough. The staff are all so lovely and very welcoming. All the rooms are beautiful with an excellent range of toys and activities. The outdoors area is also really good.I’ll be starting my baby at Hei soon and it’s much less stressful knowing that she will be well cared for.My toddler son was previously at a very large daycare centre in the city and it’s such a nice change to go for a smaller place where we can know all the staff and children.

HEI Schools Charlotte Early Education Centre
We enrolled our daughter when HEI Schools Charlotte first opened in the city. Since the first day the whole team have always been really helpful and accommodating.The learning environment is really well laid out with the kids being able to go from indoor play to outdoor play easily. One of our favorite parts is seeing the daily photo (and sometimes short video) updates of what's happening.It's nice to be able to take a break and let our daughter play with other kids, while still being able to see how she's going via the daily photos, sleep tracking, and nutrition updates.

HEI Schools Charlotte Early Education Centre
The team are fantastic and the care is second to none. Justin and the team treat my little boy as if he was one of their own.The center use an amazing app to keep me up to date on my little ones eating/menu, sleeping and nappy activities. Along with fantastic photos and stories which makes me feel included even when I am miles away at work.I had my boy at a major daycare center and I couldn't wait to pull him from that center so he could join Hei, a decision I have never regreted due to the treatment my boy and I both receive on a daily basis.
