I love this place! I’ve been getting acrylic nails religiously for almost 15 years, I’ve tried places all over and I still travel over half an hour just to come here! After having my eyebrows ruined by a different place, I came here and I must say, although I am super picky, I’ve never been more satisfied! The eyelash extensions by these ladies are absolutely on point. However, much like anywhere else, communication will get you very far. I see so many people come through being unnecessarily rude and disrespectful, and they get back what they give. Treat people how you would like to be treated! But I definitely highly recommend this place!

Very lovely people! I’ve been to different nail salons but I just keep coming back here more than a year, and I’m never going somewhere else again! Each time I go, I always step out %100 satisfied with my nails. Nancy, Anna, and all other ladies there are really professional. Very highly recommended!

Love this place always an amazing job on my nails and do anything I want! I’m not disappointed so far. I’m so happy when I walk out as it’s exactly what I want unlike other places. This is my second time and it’s def my go-to for my pedi and mani. Love this local! They understand the assignment. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend nails by Michelle to anyone. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. My nails were filed lopsided and unevenly. She tried to fix them but made it worse. I asked to just start fresh with a new set but instead they kept trying to fix the botched nails. I told them I was unhappy with them and the staff began yelling and abusing me. Another staff member grabbed my hand aggressively to try and keep working on my nails. They kept yelling and my nails had been filed so hard my fingers were red and sore. I left the store with half done botched nails and none of the staff cared. Absolutely atrocious.

The past 4 times I have been in here I kept giving the benefit of doubt but my nails were not done properly and rushed every time. I ask for a manicure and pedicure and they rush it with a drill instead of cleaning them properly. Some new lady they hired drilled my whole toe nail off, I’m in such absolute shock, I lost my toe nail and have to wait for it to grow back!! This is why drilling is so unsafe and should stop being lazy and do a proper pedicure!

Came here with friends as we were all looking for a nice place to get our nails cleaned up. Very friendly services and all the ladies there are very sweet and kind. Will definitely come by everytime I am in the area.

I don't like to write bad reviews but my experience at the salon today was extremely unpleasant. My nails were filed very unevenly which left me with different shapes, the polish was applied very messily and there is a rigid feeling on top of my nails from the bad application of gel and top coat. I am forced to go to a different salon tomorrow to completely redo them. Apart from this the staff was nice and the salon was clean but sadly I will not be returning due to the bad quality of service.
