Maria is phenomenal beyond belief. I had pain for months that massage wouldn't fix - give maria one session of needling on my back and I'm back to my usual active self no pain.She looks at your body as a whole and looks for cause and effect not just trying to fix the specific area that hurts.She is also so lovely and kind. Could not recommend enough

Maria works magic on a strained shoulder, asks all the right questions and even gives some remedial exercises to help with recovery and prevent further injury.I am definitely coming back for more :D

I have been recently getting treatment from Spencer at zimmah muscle therapy, and I absolutely love it! Ive noticed heaps of improvements in the gym and my muscles feel much more loose after every session.. Spencer uses a variety of different techniques and provides me with answers to any questions I have.. overall it is a welcoming environment with professional staff.. I recommend everyone to speak to Spencer for any injuries or concerns.. :)

Zimmah Muscle Therapy
Fantastic place with excellent therapists who are friendly and professional. I've been getting treatment from Spencer & he has helped me with improving my hip flexibility and also reducing the pain on my front shoulder. I feel so much better during training and feel less pain on my shoulders after an intense workout. Also a big shoutout to Mark who went out of his way one night to assess my hand after an injury during training. He looked at it, gave me advice on how to reduce the bruising/pain, gave me some rehabilitation exercises and taped me up so I can continue training for the day. Absolutely recommend this place, you're in great hands.

Zimmah Muscle Therapy
I've had pretty bad back and shoulder tension for a few years now, after a session with Maria I was feeling relieved and ended up sleeping better. I'll definitely be going back to continue the treatment on those muscles. Highly recommended.
