Substandard. Understaffed. No care. Needs to order extras on any burger to make it decent. Charges excessive amounts for a single slice of tomato, a dollar for a few sprinkles of onion. 90% of the time they forget and get angry when you check the order in drive thru. Cannot politely express how angry this makes me.

Clean restaurant, food is consistently good but I don't get Macca's often. Big Mac was perfect this time and chips were good. Only reason not 5 stars is the service. Staff did seem very polite but they are young and learning. Not that anyone was rude at all. Will be back again when the big Mac's are $3 again on the app.

Ordered a large cheeseburger meal with large iced coffee frappe, waited for 20mins one of their staff told me no iced coffee frappe available then I changed it to iced chocolate frappe, waited for another 15mins same girl came back told me frappe machine was not working then I changed it to iced latte, waited for another 15mins finally I got my drink, it is a hot cappuccino!I do understand they were quite busy during lunch time service, but that’s not an excuse.

Always been happy with this maccas till today. They never let us down with portion of ice cream but seriously, this is $4.40 and little bit pitiful for maccas. This ain’t large.

The morning workers are absolutely amazing, I often go here for a quick breaky before work around 6:30am. They’re very well mannered & polite. Best maccas I’ve been too yet! Food is always on point. I customise my burgers and they always give me what I pay for. :))

The most horrible McDonald's I have ever been too. Every single table was dirty and there was rubbish all over the floor, play area had rubbish on the tables & floor, the toilets were an absolute mess. I couldn't eat the bacon on my wrap it was like eating cardboard. No they were not busy & no it wasn't peak time. Managers need to be spoke to, they either need to get more staff or teach current staff how to present a clean & welcoming shop with quality food & service.Will never eat here again

Service was a bit slow that morning.I ordered a breakfast burger deal. The burger and chips were stale. I threw it away. Hash browns were the only freshly cooked food. Coffee was nothing spectacular but that's not surprising for McDonald's.
