JB trains all of my kids for junior obstacle course racing!They absolutely love his sessions & his gym!He adapts the classes for all ages & abilities.I could not recommend him more highly for adults or kids. Great guy, great gym!

I started my training with Jamie about 9 months ago, very unfit and weighing 84 kilos. I’m now at 66 kilos, feeling strong and fit again. Back to the long bush walks I enjoyed years ago. Never thought that at 60 I would be able to regain my fitness level. The future is looking good again! His sessions are diverse and fun I look forward to each and every one. Thanks Jamie for giving me a new lease on life!

JB has created a wonderful community at this fun and friendly strength gym. No attitudes; just people who want to be strong and healthy and enjoy a bit of banter.He is an amazing trainer who puts a great deal of thought into his programs. I've been regularly hitting PB's for all major lifts at the end of each 12 week block of training and my baseline cardio fitness is the best it's ever been (in my early forties too!!).

JB is an excellent trainer offering a huge variety of work outs to cater for all capabilities and to help push you to get fitter, stronger and achieve your goals. He is also professional, organized, helpful and a really great guy!Also offering kids sessions which they absolutely love and look forward to every week.The gym is well set out with loads of different equipment and is light, airy and clean.Members are friendly and inclusive and will help push you to do your best.

JB is an awesome trainer! A wealth of knowledge which is reflected in the programming. The range of equipment on the gym floor is huge and the environment is clean and welcoming. The members are friendly and motivate each other to push them to their limits. Highly recommend SORTS to help you reach your fitness goals!

I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to enhance their fitness level or train for an event. I have trained with JB the head trainer for a few years and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and provides an engaging fun environment to train in. I now have my 14 year old daughter also training with JB and she is really enjoying the sessions. The new gym is well set up for all types of training with a range of cardio equipment as well as weights for strength training. If anyone is looking for a gym or a trainer in this area I would not hesitate to recommend JB.
