Direct Mix Concrete

If I could have left zero stars I would have.The customer service with direct mix is truly appalling. Ordered a 7am delivery, got a call early morning to let me know that the delivery would be somewhere between 7.05-7.30 which was forgivable as I appreciated the call and that things happen, however the truck arrived at 8.20.Asked for this to be reflected on the bill as we had extra hands being paid for over an hour waiting for the truck. Had to follow up myself twice without a call back and still waiting for a call back from the ‘sales rep’ two weeks later. Just blatant disrespect not even being able to get a call back.Do yourself a favour and call anyone else listed on google.

Was simple to book, they came on time, there was no fuss and there driver was friendly / helpful.

Direct Mix while working for Port Adelaide Enfield Council at Derby St Semaphore. Their driver too lazy to put shutes on. Runs over my plants. Im told the Rep will be in touch. I will inquiring with PAE Council why they are not contacting me. I will also be inquiring why they are using Direct Mix.

Organised a truck to deliver 1.6 cube. When the truck arrived the driver refused to go up the driveway because it was too steep". The driver left and i was expected to cough up the total bill.I spoke on the phone with customer service and they advised me that they only guarantee curb side delivery. I wouldn't have an issue with this but i was not advised of any terms and conditions and never signed any documents. When i questioned them they said the call centre is too busy to go through the terms.After much arguing they agreed to give me a full refund. I would have given them 1 star but they did refund me. The next day i called himix and they came straight out and did the job for me with no hassle.In future i suggest hiring more compitent drivers and recorded calls with terms and conditions agreed upon."

Up there with one of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Generally we are Happy to put up with their consistent logistical issues they have as we understand things happen. But As repeat clients we will not continue to put up with the horrendous customer service received from their representatives on several occasions. Most recent one being their response to an incorrect load being “direct mix don’t make mistakes” when their own phone recording proves them otherwise. Absolute joke of a customer service team.

Got a call and got my cube of 32mpa couple of hours early. Helpful driver, pleasant and not overbearing like some are. Good mix and way better price than Premix Salisbury quote. Good service, fair prices. Well done and tks.

Impressed with the service we received today. The driver arrived right on time with our 1.8 cubes, a good mix as well. The driver Gino, is a credit to the company. He's a friendly bloke, efficient, worked in well with the concreters, and no mess when he left. Thank you.

called up for .4 cube and asked for a mini, was advised that only big truck available and asked if there was room for a big truck, i said yes there is room, i was not told it would cost $100 more...... not terribly impressed that i payed $244.99 for .4 of a cube of concrete.......to say the least...
