Sam is brilliant!! Have been without a washing machine for 3 weeks and Asko repairman said we needed a new door had 2 visits said can't get the door, charged a fee when the serviceman didn't push the gate, was just in his van and we called him back. It was another small issue entirely that was stopping the door from closing which Sam picked up straight away. Also said the suspension on machine was bad, Sam said not true its an older model 16 years and a good machine., Asko thought we should buy a new one!!Highly recommend Sam! Thanks so much!

I got three quotes. Decided to shop local than use the big repair services". I'm not disappointed. Quick efficient repair of the tumble dryer and cheaper than the call out alone of my other quotes. I'll use him again."

I like skilled tradespeople who are able to explain to me what they are doing because I am curious. Sam is a polite and friendly man who was quick, clean and helpful at providing tips for maintaining appliances. I don't know that he is cheaper than other but he is certainly quality.

I have just called Sam for the third time in about three years to come out and fix my dishwasher. With a young family, this machine gets a workout and needs some attention once in a while. I've called Sam again because he is thorough in his work, he is polite, courteous, trustworthy, gets the job done and explains what the problem is. I highly recommend him.

Have an LG washer that was not spinning properly in the final cycle. After reading these reviews decided to give Sam a call. He came over - had a look ordered a part for the machine. Came back the next day and swapped them out. Good fair price and all done in about 20 mins. He is also a lovely man. Would use again and would also recommend him.
