Initially my experience in the first year with Colliers International wasn't great, they kept on getting new property managers to replace previous ones. After one particularly bad inspection (who I suspect didn't even bother to take notes since I asked for evidence which he couldn't provide), Colliers finally found a great property manager named Sam Orely. In my years of renting Sam has provided the best level of service and care that I've seen from property managers. Unfortunately Sam left Colliers, but luckily her role was filled by Fay Saunders. Fay has also been super helpful and friendly and has continued to provide an excellent service. If Colliers Internation can bring in this calibre of talent and retain them they will continue to do well in the future.

I was a tenant with Colliers in Perth and have been very impressed with the treatment and service received. Our property manager was Sam Orley and she was lovely to deal with! She was very responsive, personable and helpful throughout the lease. I was interstate when the lease ended and her assistance ensured that the process ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend Colliers as a tenant and am very satisfied with the service I received.

Sherri Andrews has been a property manager of mine for several years now and someone my wife and I sought out to take care of our rental after a terrible experience with another agency. Sherri's professionalism and knowledge of all aspects of real estate is a comfort as an owner and I'm always able to chat about anything related to the unit in an upfront and honest way. Her efforts to keep our unit tenanted during a difficult period have been exceptional and I'd highly recommend her as a property manager.

Amy Cooper, is the best strata manger I’ve dealt with in the last 20 years and multiple countires, as an owner and a council member, all of the interactions are extremely professional.I have seen this role being executed from both sides, and some of the individulas that live in a Apartment complex, need to understand that they are not the only people living there. I am astonished as the the level of professionalism Amy is able to maintain with her interactions with them.She is friendly and helpful with her knowledge of the strata industry. Her response has always been balanced between what is asked and what can be delivered.If as a council member you get the pleasure of working with her, then you have scored big time.

Amy is without doubt THE best property manager I have ever dealt with as an owner or tenant. Extremely knowledgeable, reliable, proactive and engaging. An absolute asset.

Amy Cooper from Cygnet West has been our apartment’s Strata Manager for more than a year now and she has been wonderful. Amy is efficient, responsive and knowledgeable. She has successfully guided our Council of Owners through some difficult and complex issues, always maintaining a cheerful and professional manner.

Moved in recently to one of the properties. If you ever run across Amy you are in luck. With Amy you are greeted by a friendly and professional experience which welcomes you into the property. Any issues or questions she is not afraid to answer or find out for you too. Would recommend to friends but unfortunately the housing market is weird right now so stay with your parents if you can!

I was a tenant at Shepperton Road, Perth. Nadia Mohiuddin was the best property manager I’ve ever had. She was so responsive, supportive and understanding throughout the lease agreement. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Nadia and Cygnet West!

Excellent customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for this real estate agency. So pleased and lucky to buy into a strata building which is managed by Cygnet West. Well done and thank you to the staff for your support and assistance with helping me and my family settle in.
