As always I was welcomed by both Michelle and George's happy smiling faces despite another impending lockdown on Tuesday.Michelle is always professional, caring and takes the time to listen/look to your problem areas. I always book a facial, Michelle is great at telling me what type of facial would work best for my skin, as well as suggesting products that would work well on my face.I needed extra support for my back at my appointment, Michelle was very accommodating with providing extra pillows, even remembered that my birthday was coming up and other things I'd mentioned before, amazing customer service and makes me feel valued.I would not choose to go anywhere else for my facials, the friendly welcome, incredible services, car parking on site and relaxing atmosphere are all reasons why I choose to visit Michelle over and over again. (Not to mention the impressive Christmas decor around December time).Looking forward to my next facial in August.Thanks for all that you do Michelle, you really do put your customers first and their needs.

Michelle is a perfectionist! I have been visiting Michelle’s salon for more than 2 years. She is meticulous and her salon is a little zen heaven. Her facial I believe is the best and every time I go to her she specially design the facial packages according to my skin type. She spends the extra time to do the research on the products that she stocks and is always willing to help customers understand which products are suitable for them to get the best results.I have extremely sensitive skin and Michelle has been the only therapist who has managed to curate a type of wax that doesn’t cause any irritation at all. Michelle usually does my treatments (facials, tinting, waxing) but on occasion I have been attended to by other staff she has hired – Michelle will only hire the best. My husband has been going to Michelle’s for many years as well for facials, waxing and massages and always enjoys the service and experience at the salon.The results Michelle gets for her clients speaks for itself.
