We had my mum’s birthday celebration at Teta on a Friday night and the banquet menu was absolutely delicious! The restaurant was busy, yet Sam took the time to come over to check everything was going well. We had a mix of people with different needs - 1 vegan, 1 vegetarian and 1 with dietary anaphylaxis allergies. Sam made sure to cater for each one of our party’s dietary restrictions/ choices. I really appreciated how he was so careful to prepare my my son’s food separately, as anaphylaxis is always a concern when eating out. We were all really full at the end of our banquet- yet I couldn’t help but have their yummy baclava at the end! Wait staff were friendly, and the food was delivered promptly. Thanks Teta for making my mum’s birthday dinner memorable!Highly Recommended - go here and eat authentic Lebanese food when in you’re in Terrigal!

Overpriced for the amount you actually receive. I queried about why we received such a tiny amount of baba ganoush in the plate for $10, his answer was he has to pay over $2000 rent a week. Unbelievable.The meat was dry and cold, the fattoush salad is not traditional, since when do you flood it with balsamic till the point it was not edible. The mixed platter, forget it.. dry, cold meat with a bit of rice on the side which wasn't even cooked properly. A huge 0 from me. There was hardly anyone at the restaurant and still a long wait and still the food came out cold.We came from Sydney and we are lucky we had amazing food throughout the whole time we were at terrigal but unfortunately not here. Maybe the owner needs to come to Sydney to learn a few things or 2 regarding traditional Arabic food and middle Eastern are about larger portion sizes and that is how it should be served to all customers.A meal at McDonald's would have been more enjoyable. Don't waste your money here.

Overpriced for what you’re getting, small amount of meat that looks like it was prepped weeks ago.The garlic sauce and bread tasted shop bought. Average hot chips on the side and very little flavor, also found multiple hairs in the skewers.Very disappointing.

Average Lebanese food, arabic music volume was too high, had to ask them several times to lower music volume, hummus was too watery, good food but no WOW factor here, a little pricey for a North American tourist.

Really tasty food and they have a roller door at the front too open when it gets too hot. Was part of a large group, which they catered to, well. Only 1 toilet, so make sure you're not busting cause there might be a line up!

Always best to try things out for yourself - that’s the lesson after our recent visit to Terrigal. Prior to visiting, we checked online and we’re almost thrown off by a few of the negative reviews, and thankfully, we still gave it a go. Growing up, my wife and I have been accustomed to authentic Lebanese food, so if anything, it would take a lot to wow us, and Teta’s in Terrigal did just that. From the beautiful ambience that takes you right back to the motherland to the exceptional customer service by the lovely Jeanine. We ordered the banquet for 2 and the first thing my wife said after trying the baba ghanoush was that it tasted exactly like her mums. The tabouli was fresh as. The chips were so crunchy and seasoned to perfection. The meats were on point and juicy. Everything was just a delight. By far, our highlight from our short stay in Terrigal. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere, Friendly, fast and efficient service. Purchased a banquet for two and they served seperate vegetarian and non Vegetarian meals together. Meal portions in the banquet were not tiny. Highly recommended.

Celebrated my birthday at this place. The owner is amazing and super friendly and the food to die for! The mocktails we absolutely delicious! Strongly recommend it and will be back for sure.

Ordered a meal at 5:55pm after unanswered calls as the food had not arrived. at 8:29 we get an answer. The food is still sitting there. The owner tells me it's my problem with menu log not his. I said no I'm the customer and it's his problem. He then accuses me of disrespecting him. His refusal to accept he had a customer service problem and the problem was mine. I said well I'll just give you back one star review for his service. He then said it was unfair and I was disrespecting him. I said if you had the order and no driver arrived why didn't you ring us. Not his problem it's our problem with menu log that's all he kept saying and we were disrespecting him because we weren't happy.We then decided to go down and pick-up showed him the order, said we'd been waiting 3 hours. He said get out refused accused us of being disrespectful. Just a rude person. He then came out into the street carrying on.
