Had them look at our car under warranty through Pacific Car Auctions, the car had a knocking noise, held the car for 3 days and gave it back fixed". Had to pay another mechanic to fix a very simple and very common problem. They do what the car dealer says as they pay the bills

What a rip-off!! Glen quoted me on an Audi part 5 times more than the price Iv'e got from Audi, when I told him I can get the part cheaper ($200 vs $1000 from his quote) he suddenly claimed he is fully booked for 3 months!! (when he provided the quote he said he need 4 days to get the part and I can bring the car)
