The two gorgeous plants I bought from you have been amazing. They just keep growing so brilliantly and everyone that comes to my house comments how gorgeous they are.

Horrified. I contacted them directly to ask about why my order happened the way it did only to be ignored for a week. So I’ll let others know and beware.Unprofessional embarrassing and insulting experience. Was told we would get a gorgeous bunch of flowers for $60 that we wanted to send to a funeral. Then told $15 for delivery even though it was across the street. We arrive at the funeral and I see them and can not believe they’re so small. Oh well, but then I see the card.FUNERAL GET THERE BY 11*my phone number*That’s it.Are you freaking kidding me?!? You charged me $15 to walk the flowers literally across the road and they were the smallest bouquet that Coles could have sold for $15.It was supposed to say from our family overseas who couldn’t be there and my mother who was also in attendance. The poor family had to read that?! We were both horrified! Obviously we couldn’t take photos- it’s a funeral! And I didn’t want to say anything towards it all I could say was who they were from.So I wrote to you personally, and you STILL haven’t responded even with my number and email makes me think you couldn’t care less about what happened. H fact it was a funeral as well says a lot about you as a person and a business.So karma can take care of you.I’ll take care of my extremely embarrassed mother that had to admit those awful insulting FUNERAL branded flowers were from her.I hope karma gets you after what you did to the poor grieving daughter who had to read those flowers.

My partner bought me a bunch of flowers to congratulate me on our news of finding out we are having a baby, this was a new florist that we hadn’t used before , the flowers are not worth what he paid at all and when he called today to let them know they had forgotten the glass vase with them he didn’t receive the best customer service,, what a shame as he buys me flowers every Saturday/ Friday since we have been together , if they had of been a decent bunch you would of had business every week. Not very impressed and would not recommend at all!!!

Very disappointed with the Flowers for my daughters birthday I asked for a pretty bunch of pink and white it looked to me a mish mash of whatever they had in the shop a very odd assortment also the card wasn't filled in properly with no mention of who sent them .

So disappointed. Certainly not worth your money for what you get … 2 wilted roses and a daisy for $65. I called the night before asking if I could order and pick up the day of a special event and it was “not a problem and would only take 10 minutes”. When I got there it was a different story. The store wasn’t even set up well after opening hours, and I was made to feel bad that I was “in a rush”. When she did hand me the flowers I expressed my disappointment in the bouquet and I got a shrug of the shoulders for what I got for what I paid for.

I absolutely love this shop. The staff are wonderful and always willing to have a chat and explain the products and flower selections. I think more people who enjoy this local store should write a review, it’s not done often enough for the love and happiness these girls bring to so many homes. In such hard times, we should really take the time to show our support!! I love your flowers girls, you always make my day with fresh blooms and the best candles! Keep up the good work!

Great local florist, also has other cute things like dog harnesses and leads.

Would love to give a special shout out to Mel who attended my call Earlier today .My Dad’s mate passed away and considering we live in Sydney ; I called the closest florist to organize a delivery of fresh flowers to the grieving widow .Not only was Mel able to fulfil our request with flying colours ; she was able to compete the last minute order without any prior notice and able to organize same day delivery !5 stars⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
