There’s a worker called sage, she was very helpful & helped me with my makeup selection. Has a lot of knowledge and will help you with everything you need ! Highly recommend her she’s amazin

I came in a few weeks ago to pick up some makeup. The staff at Hurstville Westfield are lovely and so helpful. Especially Abi! , she recommended me a L’Oréal mascara and a couple other products that are amazing. She has lots of knowledge to share and takes time to listen and recommend great products.

Worst experience. I bought a perfume and the supervisor charged me $48 extra. I realised after going home. Went back next day and that same lady at first came with an attitude saying, ‘I served you yesterday and I even told you the right price of it’. Then I showed the receipt and she then asked someone else to refund that amount and left without doing a single apology! Never going back there and never going to encourage anyone else to be there either.

Sometimes they are not interested !!We go there because we are sick and waiting for a medication !! But they take their time !!!Could be better and more professional attitude !!

Shopped today in the makeup aisle for at least twenty minutes before asking for help. There are about 70% of testers missing. A worker entered the aisle at least six times and never said anything. I finally asked for help, picked out a lipstick and then upon arriving home and removing the security tape, I found that the lipstick has been used! The top is chipped and smeared and has little dust fibres on it. I’m pretty grossed out. The tape was very tight and didn’t look tampered with, so someone has obviously taped it up after it was swatched… if that’s what they’re doing to prevent people using them as testers, they should a) stock testers of each product and b) don’t tape it up for sale if it’s clearly used!

Good products and the Napoleon Perdis peel off masks are a steal!!Definitely not a place you go to expect service (not good, just service), I'd feel less uncomfortable at their nonexistent service if they just installed self-checkouts instead.

Convenient Priceline inside Westfield Hurstville. The store is spacious and well-stocked. However, I find the staff here distant and unfriendly.
