It's disappointing when you order 30min ahead for a pick-up just to find you need to wait another 25min to get 2 pizzas, cold chips and a thick shake that is supposed to be a sundae. 2 people working on a Friday night just ain't going to work.

Burnt pizza, understaffed. Then you ring up to say pizza is burnt and kid replies “yeah”. Box was pouring smoke out of it.

Argumentative staff even when it is their fault. I ordered online and paid even showing numerous amounts of proof and was not allowed to take my food. I was told repeatly I would have to pay again and the story kept changing. The food is consistently okay but the service is very very poor. If you cannot resolve a situation that your company has caused then you should not be talking to people.

This shop doesn't even deserve 1 star, what an actual joke. Ordered for a 6:30pm delivery. 6:45pm called the store, said the order was going out the door. 7:30pm get a text message stating that the order was just leaving the shop, even though they said that 45mins ago. Tried calling at 8pm, no one picks up for ages. Answered at 8:10pm and said they thought it was going out then"?! What? Get told it's going to take another 25mins wait!! I told them it wasn't good enough. Get told a few staff didn't show up.This has literally happened every time we have ordered from them and it's always the same excuse.Your offers of a free pizza on your next order isn't good enough.Once they also didn't deliver a whole pizza and refused to give the money back. Tried to offer up a free pizza for next time.I can tell you now

Ordered 2 pizza’s last night from the Tugan store. I was told it would be an hr for delivery, that was fine. It got to an hr and a half later so I called the store. I asked where the order was at and they had no idea, then was told I could have another pizza free of charge the new time I ordered from them, I said I don’t want that but if they could just give a couple of desserts in place when the order leaves the store. I was then told it has already left for delivery so I just left it.The pizza’s arrived another 15 mins later and the delivery guy then asked me to pay for the pizza’s again, I said I had already paid over the phone and will not pay again.I opened the boxes and the pizza’s and they were not what was ordered, so I called the store again and the order was read out correctly however it was not what was delivered. We ordered a mega meat lovers and a loaded supreme. I asked for a refund and was then advised that will take a week to be out back on my card which I replied that that was not good enough and asked for a cash refund. They objectively gave me the refund however it was almost all in change. This is the worst customer service from a domino’s I have ever had.I would not recommend this shop at all.And the pizza’s that were delivered were not nice at all.

Over the weekend I ordered 25 $6 pizzas I was first t I ld they couldn't deliver that many so I said no worries we can pick them up then the gentleman said let me check with my boss he then came back and said they could no price was discussed then when the driver came he gave me the receipt it was for $363.50 so that's a $213.50 charge for literary driving across the highway I rang the shop said there is no way I'm paying $213.50 to deliver across road I rang and I asked for the manager and to my surprise its old mate who took the order which was weird who's the boss he asked if they could be delivered he told me there was nothing he could do and he was happy to take the pizzas back If i didnt have have a room full of hungry men I would have sent them back we offen use dominos for events NEVER AGAINYOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED 1

I ordered deep pan, the guy gave me the classic one, and when I asked about it he told me that the base pastas have been changed. It was clearly their mistake, but the guy insisted that it was the correct one.

Godfathers thin gone up from $8 to $10 incl g bread and drink...fair enough. Now up to $16 odd...all in a few weeks..lost a very regular customer Dominos...100% price rise = gouging

I have used Dominos Tugun many times and understand it is pretty average however we spent top dollar recently for three pizzas that were the worst I have ever seen. It looked like some threw the ingredients form a few meters away AND none of them were even remotely like what we ordered. We complained and they did not respond. Never again.
