I have been using Pressed4Time for a couple of years now and they pick up my shirts from work and then deliver back to the office. They are very efficient and the shirts are always immaculate.Highly recommended. Great service.

I have lost 3 items upon using this service. 1. a Sheridan flat sheet. 2. a favourite white cotton shirt and 3 a silk scarf

These guys a reasonably priced and any time I had an issues they sorted it with a smile

I brought a dress and white pants that were staying. And a skirt that had gum on it with a couple dresses to repair (very small holes)When I picked up everything he didn’t even show me what they did and rushed everything I got charged $83 to come home and find out all my clothes were still stain. The sticky gum was still partially there when they said they could get all of it out for sure and the holes or very poorly repaired. There refused to give me a partial refund definitely will not use their service anymore.

Same day service on a Saturday, everything looks good and got the stain out of my suit pants, will go back in future

I had a great experience with pressed4time. They came directly to my apartment to collect the clothes on Friday morning (they even let me leave them outside to collect as I was busy) and they were returned first thing to my apartment on Monday morning. They had a card machine so that I could pay by card and not worry about getting cash out. Thank you pressed4time!

Constantly over charged and they have damaged my shirts.

Kevin ruined a $250 dress that I had literally worn once. I took it to Bondi Laundry & Drycleaners on Glenayr Avenue, who use Pressed4Time as the 3rd party that does the actual laundering. I asked for the dress, which is white, to be dry cleaned and when I came to pick it up it had a blue tinge to it and had shrunk a full size (the lining was now longer than the hem.) The Bondi business insisted they were just an agent and forced me to deal directly with Pressed4Time. I phoned Kevin who claimed the dress was already blue when he got it, which was untrue (it was brand new!) and said he could fix the shrinkage. I have never heard of a garment being “unshrunk”, and sure enough when I got it back the second time the lining was still longer than the hem albeit now uneven from where they had tried to tug it down back into place. The Bondi laundromat had the gall to insist I still pay for the “service”, which I refused. Whether you come directly to the Randwick shop or via another laundromat, be warned - don’t trust them with items of clothing that are expensive or that you cherish. I have truly learnt the hard way.

Dropped in my jacket on Wednesday to have it cleaned for a function on Friday. Went back on Thursday but they couldn't find it so I had to come back on the Friday. When I got back home and took it out of the plastic it turns out they hadn't even cleaned or pressed it at all.
