Last time I saw Nurse Masy she injected filler in my chin superficially which resulted in a lumpy disfigured chin. Had to have it all dissolved. Will never come back again after this experience.

Marketers called me to book in. I said no 3 times because it was too hard to fit into my day before I finally said yes. When I showed up they had booked me an hour later in error (despite 4 texts and two emails confirming the correct time) and the doc hadn’t arrived. They said the doc would arrive imminently, then 15 mins later when I said I would need to go they called the doc and she was still 30 mins away. It was a real effort to fit it into my day and then them booking it for the wrong time for no reason left me hugely disappointed.I’m an exisiting customer at the Darlinghurst location, so can say their services there are great and 5 star.The moral here is probably don’t book with their marketing people, ie don’t book if they call you. But I won’t be returning at all.UPDATE: to the person (or bot?) that replied to this review, I'm assuming you're in the marketing team, in which case you very articulately reiterated my feedback. #deafears

Masie is a fantastic cosmetic practitioner and a very kind person.Masie goes through her thought process of what to consider to get the result I was after. Am I so pleased with my results I feel I have my face shape back after getting treatment elsewhere that was dragging my face down. I was unaware of this and thought it was aging, once we started it obvious that the previous filler was in the wrong spot and very thick.
