I bought a car from Bailey at Redan motors back in November 2022. The experience through out the sale of the vehicle was wonderful. Great customer service and care was taken throughout. The car recently broke down while we were away on holidays and Bailey has been nothing but helpful through this time of getting the car through the warranty process and repair. Really happy with the experience and the purchase. Bailey was on hand to assist and answer questions. There were a few things that needed doing to the car, most of which were pointed out by him as the dealer. These were checklisted and all resolved. He was knowledagble about the vehicle, as well as where to go to look at optional upgrades I was looking at.

Bailey responded promptly to all calls and emails and arranged the delivery of the vehicle while we were isolating at home in Melbourne with Covid.It gave us peace of mind to know that the car was serviced prior to delivery.
