I have dealt with the owner several times regarding sales and purchases, our house got sold in the first week. He would have to be the best around, trustworthy and professional!

I really hoped they would keep their 5 star rating, but unfortunately have lost stars due to inefficiency and ability to research agreements and reports. They have not looked at the condition report or even seen the improvements from the original photos. I paid professional cleaners $1400 to clean the property and they have ignored the hard work and effort put in by these amazing cleaners/ small business owners in Bathurst.They tried to ignore the property condition report at the beginning of my lease and are trying to take advantage of my kind nature, by insinuating that the professionals I hired did not do a fantastic job. I took many photos at both the beginning and end of my lease. I consider this a sad failure in their abilities and they are taking advantage of a girl who not only had to pay thousands to move but also lost her partner, who died, and is trying her best to maintain her composure and dignity during this difficult time.I'm very disappointed in the behaviour. I work hard and maintain a solid work ethic which is based on empathy and trust to clients. I am sad to say that this organisation has disappointed me in both these qualities, recently.I have been happy with them the last four years, I am just warning that at the end they seem to become inefficient and untrustworthy, sadly. I hope they take note and realise their business is a community based client system and they need the people's trust to maintain their profits. I'm disappointed and sad by their unethical treatment and trying to take advantage of me. It's horrible.

We bought our first home with Riley and he really went above and beyond for us. What ever Riley is paid, it isn’t enough because he’s doing things so far out of scope for his job its a bit ridiculous haha. From the bottom of our hearts thank you!

We inspected few houses as per schedule inspection we applied and didn’t heard anything from one agency we tried to contact them they said we didn’t review your file its just a waste of time to go and inspect property with one agency worst agency in whole Australian

Best real estate iv dealt with, Robyn is fantastic. I had to get a new place to rent in short notice, also had a newborn on the way, very stressful but robyn helped and now we have a great new place and bubs is now here and happy. 5/5

Not the best for renters I’d suggest sticking with the realestates that are more established. This business has mediocre customer service, inexperienced staff and just no commitment to customer service at all.In response to the demeaning reply I have received here. I made this review AFTER I had phoned the office for feedback and I was not given ANY of the information that you’ve so easily provided here. I was given a rude immature response of ‘how do you expect me to give feedback to every applicant’.I suggest the people of Bathurst take their business to a realestate who puts a bit more effort into customer service!

My Partner & I rang One Agency because we are interested in buying a house & was hoping they could help, the woman on the phone so was rude to us straight away. She unenthusiasticly asked what we were looking for, she said We were unrealistic" & when we told her our price range

Great service, If you want to buy or sell a house these are the professional people to see, they sold my house for top dollar and great people to do business with try these people first you won't be disappointed
