Mangrove Jack Park
The leash-free section is often boggy & muddy so take your gumboots!! As a result it hasn't been mown for ages & has paspalum flowering everywhere .. quite useless for small breed dogs & those with skin allergies. It would be nice if Council built it up with some clean river sand. No doggy bags on hand.

Mangrove Jack Park
Love this park but can be very wet, soggy and muddy after rain in the off leash area. Bring towels and boots!

Mangrove Jack Park
I LOVE my walk thru the park, around the lake and home again.The constant rain has regularly flooded one section of the path but back tracking is no big deal.It's a lovely walk and although mostly flat, there are a few sneaky undulating spots which add a little challenge.

Small park with unfenced water nearby. Not best for speedy little toddlers who can't swim yet. Small, but shade cloth covered play area with sand in place of softfall. No other facilities

Great park - good playground for kids and a lovely running or cycling track. The only downside is there are no toilets.

Mangrove Jack Park
Not good timing for my first visit. After a wet summer season a good section of the park was under water. I'm also guessing due to the wet weather, the Council have not had a chance to maintain the park. It looked very unkempt today. We will give it another go in a drier season.

It was brilliant that the offleash area was close to the carpark as I find it hard to walk. On the other hand if you don't trust that your pup won't bolt into the carpark or even into the water, it'd be difficult. There's a shade sail going up in the playground atm.. I'd suggest bbqs and more shade. The offleash area looks to me a little on the small side. The place was clean. And there was ample parking. The parking lot was busy due to commuters, so again, you'd have to trust your dog it to run over there. More bins needed too..
