Chi Massage & Day Spa

I was very disappointed with the level of their service.Came on 06/04/23 and asked for a head massage. Having asked beforehand whether they do a head massage or not. Received an affirmative answer and paid $65 for 45 minutes.As a result, I received about 20 minutes of a very average quality neck and shoulder massage. Then I asked to move on to a head massage. It seemed to me that the person who did the massage had very little idea about massage in general and head massage in particular. Even the simplest head massage at the barbershop is a hundred times better than what he was trying to do. As a result, I left 15 minutes early, got a $15 refund.I do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional massage.

The head,neck and shoulder massage was painful,I did mention multiple times it hurt plus she forgot to massage my head.

I have been here twice now for a remedial massage. Both times were great. My migraines have improved since getting the neck and shoulder massage. I can't wait to get acupuncture next week to help me relax.

We decided at the last minute to go and get a foot massage. BEST DECISION EVER!!! The staff were absolutely amazing. Our experience was definitely relaxing and we came out feeling like we were walking on clouds. Will definitely be coming back regularly. Thank you guys.

Had CiCi today only for 30mins but it was the best Remedial massage I have ever had I have been to many different places in North lakes but this tops it. thank you CiCi and I will be back again.

My first massage and Tony made me feel very comfortable and found the pain in my shoulders very quickly. Felt so much better!

Highly recommend. I had a horrible headache from neck & shoulder pain. I was able to get in for a last minute appointment & the lady listened to what areas I wanted to focus on & I am already feeling so much better. Thank you so much.

Wow this massage shop really did help my husband’s arthritic pain for days after a massage he was pain free.

Highly recommended! I was in so much pain with my neck, my masseuse found the problem immediately and concentrated on my shoulders and upper back - great relief within one 45 minute appointment. I'll definitely be back, thank you Chi Link Day Spa staff.
