Very unprofessional and worst customer service. I sent off a card which graded a 6 due to surface. As per their grading scale for a card to grade a 6 for surface it will have visible surface wear or a light crease. Mine did not and I contacted PGS who invited me to come in and regrade it in front of me and if there was an error then they would refund me for the service. I waited over 10 months and heard nothing. I resent the card to PSA which graded a 10. I sent a polite message saying I was unhappy that I had not heard from them and that I resubmitted it and the card received a PSA 10 stating that their grading was incorrect and inconsistent. The message was seen and no reply. How unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone unless you want inconsistent grades and very poor customer service.
