My experience was great when purchasing the car. I spent $15,000 on a used car and was assured that what I was getting was a great purchase. I also got the 5 year warranty thinking that it would be great to have for a used car and the guy assured me that it would pretty much cover any major fault's with the car.I'd assume coolant leaking into the drivers footwell would be considered a major fault... But after waiting 3 weeks to bring the car in I was told that it isn't covered by warranty and it would cost me around $4000 to fix... Not to mention when I brought in for a service (because I had to get serviced there to keep warranty") I mentioned that the brakes have been squeaking on slow breaking/creeping and makes the car shake since the day I got it and they said they gave the brakes a rinse and they are better now... but they weren't.Just extremely upsetting that I spent $15

My Suzuki Vitara needed some work on its ABS / ESP control unit which my local Suzuki dealer in Grafton weren’t able to do. Fortunately Bellbowrie did the job, no problem. I dealt with Daryl at the service desk when I made the booking and also when I brought my car in. He was very helpful, both knowledgeable and friendly. The way my whole job was handled from reception to completion left me with the pleasing impression of a competent, well organised service department.

Andrew and Jeff were very straight forward and helped us to purchase our new care with ease. The process was made so simple from the test drive to the delivery day.
